Wendy Hanlan
Wendy leads strategic partnerships for ContactPoint 360 in the energy & utility sector in the US and Canada to fulfill requirements of customer support and first-party collections services within these companies.

Her career in developing strategic partnerships started in the movie business, where she worked as a product placement specialist for Levi’s and Coke. She created synergies between brands and television shows by identifying unique opportunities that were mutually beneficial for the brand and the producers of the shows. She also worked on a gamut of events and promotions for Canada’s largest retailers Ivanhoe Cambridge, Montez Corp, and Strathallen Management Corp. She also helped a local SPCA with its online retail platform to increase donations and retail partnerships.

Prior to working at ContactPoint 360, Wendy contributed her skills to develop communities in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia. She was the creative lead on fifteen master-planned communities in Alberta and Saskatchewan. She was on the board of SATA, a trail building group in Nova Scotia, which developed a 10 km stretch of the TransCanada trail through rural Nova Scotia.
