She has 14 years of subject matter expertise, acquired during her time developing progressive home agent programs for LiveXchange Corporation. As Director of Career Placement & Network Operations Centre for 7 years, she managed a dedicated team of 30 Career Desk & Service Desk support agents and 50 community sponsors across Canada, the USA, and the United Kingdom.

She was responsible for supporting the agent recruitment and lifecycle processes for over 1,500+ remote agents. She also developed a WFH Career Portal. This interactive job board and database grew from 5K remote job seekers to over 150,000 ‘active’ members in less than three years.
