What We Do

With over 12 years of CX expertise in the BPO industry, our home-agent services provide clients with turn-key Secure Remote Worker (SRW) solutions. Our technology enables HIPAA and PCI compliant workstations with end-point security and virtual desktop solutions. Moving past the traditional brick and mortar model, we’ve empowered our agents with flexible staffing solutions, and a healthy work-life balance, that directly transfers to positive one-on-one customer experience.

End-Point Solutions

 We deliver a comprehensive, secure workspace for the Work-From-Home Agents (WFHA), that effectively locks down their device, turning it into a thin client. The secure workspace interface is controlled centrally by IT admins.

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)

Our Desktop as a Service (DaaS) cloud-based management infrastructure allows us to deploy at scale. All data is securely stored within our cloud-based network and managed from a central location for monitoring and reporting.

Privacy & Security

Our virtual infrastructure has been designed to provide redundant security measures over the representatives devices and access. Our multi-layer security controls restrict the user from storing or printing any confidential information, creating a HIPAA and PCI compliant environment.

Governance & Remote Management

We’ve built-in strategic policies to ensure our agents are effectively managed, supported, and compliant at all times. We provide escalation procedures, encrypted data communication, IT help desk support, and video conferencing to connect with our agents daily.

Being a software-based solution means that Secure Remote Worker is designed to run on any Windows compatible device. That means, by using the Secure Remote Worker feature, you can use existing tools or even allow end-users to use their own devices. This dramatically cuts the cost of capital expenditure on new equipment spend, and operational costs in both ongoing device management and logistics. When it comes to logistics, there is no need to deliver devices out to remote users or collecting devices when people leave, allowing you to recruit from a far more device skills pool.
