Nick Georgilas
Nick has over ten years of experience and directs the expansion of CP360 into new markets. Nick has managed various projects with 50 to 250 customer service professionals, providing data and document management service support through frontline and back-office operations.

In his previous roles as the Director of Implementation and Operational Sales support for Fusion BPO, he implemented new projects in the travel and reservations sector. He also managed the migration and pre-migration strategy for all high-level projects.

As Customer Support Manager for Welcome Pickups, he managed expansion into 30 countries and 56 locations. He also reconstructed the customer support universe – migrating emails to ticketing systems, hard phone to cloud telephony, and IVR systems. He created frontline customer support, KPI’s for all incoming and outgoing interactions, driver support lines, and customer care departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
