Elizabeth has 22 years of experience in the contact center industry and leads all sales initiatives for CP360 across North America and LATAM markets. She mentors a team of three business heads across the healthcare, real estate, home services, energy, and retail sectors. Her efforts have led to over USD 7 million in annual revenue from scalable clients, decreased attrition rates, increased brand visibility in the industry, and validation through awards and certifications.
In her previous role as Director for Sales at Blue Ocean Contact Center Inc, she set up online sales processes that achieved USD 6 Million in the pipeline. She developed networks for high-value contracts and mentored teams for outbound sales.
Before joining Blue Ocean, she spent 17 years at Optima Communication Center Inc, an Ontario and Quebec-based BPO. Here she led a team of managers, supervisors, and hundreds of agents on multiple, decade-long outbound sales programs for their accounts.
